SMC帶閥氣缸工作時,是利用彈簧的壓力來調節、控制液壓油的壓力大小。從圖3-50中可以看到:當液壓油的壓力小于工作需要壓力時,閥芯被彈簧壓在液壓油的流入口,當液壓油的壓力超過其工作允許壓力即大于彈簧壓力時,閥芯被液壓油頂起,液壓油流入,從圖示方向右側口流出,回油箱。液壓油的壓力越大,閥芯被液壓油頂起得越髙,液壓油經溢流閥流回油箱的流量越大o如過液壓油的壓力小于或等于彈簧壓力,則閥芯落下,封住液壓油進口。由于油泵輸出的液壓油壓力固定,而工作油缸用液壓油的壓力總要比油泵輸出液壓油壓力小,所以正常工作時總會有一些液壓油從溢流閥處流回油箱,以保持液壓油缸的工作壓力平衡、正常工作。由此可見,直動式溢流閥的作用是能夠防止液壓系統中的液壓油壓力超出額定負荷,起安全保護作用。
SMC帶閥氣缸利用過程本身的壓力或壓差來驅動控制閥動作,也可用.溫包式檢測元件將溫度轉換為壓力,然后驅動控制閥動作。其特點是結構簡單、操作方便,但會引起壓降,造成出口壓力的非線性,通常,穩壓精度在10%一20%。帶指揮器作用的自力式控制閥可適用于小壓降和大流量的自力式控制場合,出口壓力變化范圍可小于設定壓力的10%。控制閥具有節能功能,因此,在一些控制要求不高的場合被廣泛應用。自力式控制閥執行機構膜頭的輸入信號是控制閥前或閥后的壓力或閥兩端的壓差,或經溫包轉換后的壓力信號。SMC單作用帶閥氣缸CVJ3B10-30S-5LZ
